Founded in 2005 by Director Jason Giarrusso (formerly operating as GB Projects Pty Ltd), Jayland Group was established as a project acquisitions and project management business specialising in residential subdivision developments throughout Melbourne’s growth corridors and regional Victoria. Since inception, the group has successfully delivered 15 residential projects in partnership with aligned stakeholders and currently maintains a pipeline of six active projects across multiple asset classes.

Jayland Group is also a stakeholder in P8 Property, a development syndicate with completed projects in Beveridge and Plumpton, and an active mixed-use and commercial pipeline in Donnybrook and Clyde North.
