CENTRAL PARK, BEVERIDGE (VIC)

Central Park Beveridge is a diversified land project spanning approximately 30 hectares, delivered through a mix of strategic land sales and staged development. As part of the project, 10 hectares were sold to Ingenia Communities for the development of a lifestyle village, while a further 9 hectares were sold to Allam Property Group.

The balance of the site was developed into 80 residential lots alongside a central park and open space, with the final stages completed in 2023. This multi-outcome approach allowed the site to support a range of housing types and community uses, contributing to the broader residential fabric of Beveridge while responding flexibly to market and community needs.
