Situated in the heart of Rosny Park CBD, this mixed-use development will deliver approximately 15,000m² of commercial and retail space within one of Hobart’s key activity centres. The site is strategically positioned to benefit from strong existing foot traffic, transport connections and surrounding civic and retail uses.

Designed to support business activity, services and everyday retail, the project aims to strengthen Rosny Park’s role as a commercial and community hub on Hobart’s eastern shore. The development prioritises functionality, accessibility and long-term economic contribution, supporting both local operators and the broader business community.
