BEVERIDGE CENTRAL (VIC)

Beveridge Central is a completed residential subdivision comprising 72 residential lots, complemented by a local retail convenience centre and a purpose-built childcare facility. The residential subdivision and retail component were completed in 2022, with the Aspire-tenanted childcare centre completed in 2024.

The project was planned to deliver more than housing alone, incorporating essential daily services that support families and contribute to a cohesive neighbourhood environment. By integrating residential and community-focused uses, Beveridge Central has played a role in strengthening local amenity and supporting the growing Beveridge township.
