MONUMENT PLUMPTON (VIC)

Monument Plumpton is a large-scale residential project comprising approximately 500 residential lots supported by a fully integrated town centre. Delivered as a joint venture with lead developer Resi Ventures, the project was completed in 2023 and forms a key part of the evolving Plumpton–Bonnie Brook growth area.

The development was designed to balance residential density with local amenity, ensuring future residents had access to everyday services, retail and community infrastructure within walking distance. The successful delivery of both housing and a functioning town centre demonstrates a coordinated approach to masterplanned development and long-term community building.
