Camerons Lane is a long-term landholding that reflects Jayland’s patient and partnership-led approach to development. Jayland has been part of a joint venture consortium with the landowning family since 2010, whose family ownership of the 200-acre site spanned more than a century. Located within the Beveridge North West Precinct Structure Plan (PSP), the site has been a key component of the area’s planned growth.
Following rezoning approval in 2025, the land was transitioned into a future 1,200-lot residential subdivision and subsequently sold for in excess of $100 million. The outcome delivered a strong result for both the landowning family and the consortium, while enabling the next phase of development within one of Melbourne’s major northern growth corridors.
